Map Issue

A user has complained that he clicked the Map link an the map did not displayed. Insted a Javascrip error shown in his IE status bar. We wrote him “Please wait until the results page fully loaded”. He replied “Yes, works like a charm ” .

US / Canada Incorrect Results …

Few of our US/Canada users are complaining that the results shown for US / Canada phone numbers are as Hungary or Indian phone number. We have replied to all of these inquires. The problem is, those users have not entered the country code 1( The international country code for US/Canada (NANP) ). A phone number in the international format for US/Canada (NANP) will look like this .

1-480-384-1001 where

1 - Country code

480 - State calling code or NPA (Numbering Plan Area code)

rest is Subscriber Number which includes the Central Office or Exchange code.

We are planning to impliment an option where a user from this part of the world can enter there phone number without the use of the international format (the preceeding digit 1) .

Re-compiling Australian Numbers

Hai all,

After receiving few complains that the area / City shown for some of the phone numbers in Australia are far away from the actual location of the subscriber. So we are recompiling the Australian numbers to give you a closer match. So the compilation will take atleast another 24 Hours since we have to organize around 65000 Patterns carefully.
